when passenger window is going down,, something scratchs the window from the outter side with a horrible squeak sound,,
the scratching on window is alligned with door handle,,

any hints???

Sounds like your window is a little bit off track. I had this happen to an F-Body once. Just pop your door panel off and take a look. Could have something lodged inside there too. Never hurts to look. Good luck!
