Default odd coolant leak

My 99 has a small coolant leak in an odd location. It seems to be dripping when I park from the driver's side at the rear of the engine area......at least that is where the drops are hitting the cardboard that I put under the engine bay. This is a small leak, but I would like to locate it and repair it. Are there heater hoses in this area or ????

Thanks in advance

there is a coolant line under the intake that connects the front of the heads and the back of the heads on the top. Sounds like where it connects on the top back of the head may be leaking, pretty easy fix. as long as you still have the ls1 intake and not the ls6 it is all connected. If you have an ls6 intake, they are just block off plates, but still have a gasket and can still leak.
