Default Racing Fuel for Everyday driver??

Are there any fuels other than 93/94 octane gasoline that can/should be added in order to enhance performance?

And is there any such thing as Horsepower in a bottle?

Thanks guys!

Nitrous :p:
Higher octane fuel won't do much, if anything, for you unless you're running higher compression, or are otherwise heavily modified.
It's not worth the money otherwise

Yep, pretty much a waste of money. If my car were stock and a daily driver, I'd be very tempted to run 89 octane unless I knew I was going to do some spirited driving. Gas prices are way too high these days.

With stock compression you will gain nothing using racing fuel.

what about with my setup ? it is a semi daily driver, the compression is not high NA as it was built that way for n20 use of which I use about a bottle a week. recently I have been using 3 gallons of c16 racing gas, it seems to run stronger (placebo ?) but it is getting expensive @ >$7 a gallon, any thoughts.

Well, if 93/94 Octane was avaliable out here in California then we would not have to use a booster of some sort.

Once in a while I go out and get the 100 Octane fuel. It does show more kick compared to our 91 Octane out here.

Is it worth the $$$ - not really. But I like to splurge a bit once in a while.
