Anybody have a reference for the torque specs for bolts on diff carrier?

Be more specific. Bolts for the:

-ring gear? 141 ft lbs
-carrier halves? 41 ft lbs
-side cover? 18 ft lbs
-rear pinion carrier? 18 ft lbs
-diff to trans bolts? 37 ft lbs
