Ok this is what we have done so far in the last couple of days. We changed the wheel bearings. Still C1222. We checked the ohms and volts from the wheel sensor connector minus the wheel sensor cable going to the harness. We checked b4 spinning the wheel and after. The second time we checked at the sensor connection we did get 1190 ohms and 100 millivolts. We checked the drivers side and got pretty much the same. Next go around we checked to see if there was any volts coming from the harness going back to the EBCM with the key on. We showed voltage on the drivers side and zero on the passenger side. We then traced the wire back to the EBCM and then to where I put heat shielding around burnt wires by the bell housing. The same wires appears to go to the wheel sensors around the car. We are now trying to repair that wire completely to see if that fix the problem.

No need to guess here. You can check the resistance value of the harness, from disconnected plug (harness side to the WSS), and the EBCM connector. Check individual wire resistance, and resistance between the wires as well.

Fixed the wiring and now we see volts on the RF wheel sensor wire. Going to button her up and take a drive and see if its fixed.

Default 1996 chevy blazer won't start

I have a '96 blazer I was driving and it just died was able to start it twice right after it died and now it won't start, I'm getting these 3 codes C1221,C1222, C1223, but I don't understand how any of these well make it to where it won't start, any ideas?

This is the C6 Forum not the 96 Blazer one. I have NO idea what those codes mean for that vehicle. Assuming they are the same as the C5 then there should be no relation to a no start.

However if you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle there might be since it probably needs to measure wheel speed to allow or disallow 4 wheel engagement. I would still think it would start.
