Yes, go back to the tuner and discuss with him. Tell him you need those codes turned off to avoid the intermittent CEL. He should have your tune so he just needs to load it into the program, switch the 2 codes from CEL and SES to no report and then reflash the computer. Barely 5 minutes of work total.

Do a web search on those codes and you'll find lots of different forum posts about them occurring and people just turning them off.

A cat back exhaust does not typically require a re tune--However a CAI may---The added airflow from a CAI my tend your engine to run lean both at P/T and WOT Normally after 50 or so of driving the ECM will "learn out" and you will see performance gains----But some CAI intakes will add so much new airflow that without tuning the performance will may be even LESS---
These cars are highly well tuned bone stock But when adding some mods you may NOT achieve the full benefit of the mods without tuning
This includes
Some CAI's
LT or shorty headers
Different intake manifold
Differebt than stock MAF or air intake bridge
A stock C5 can only gain about 10-15 RWHP with tuning
BUT after certain mods in order to get the full benefit of them requires a re rune
PS IF your car is an auto trans----I have seen auto cars gain 3-5 tenths in the 1/4 mile with simple trans tuning alone---without even touching any of the engine patametes!!!
