How to change rpm idle on Ls3 engine?
How do I increse the idle on my 08 C6?

Same way you do on any EFI engine-you have to reprogram the engine control computer with the new idle speed.

Some hand held programmers will re set idle.

Idle screw should be on the drivers side of the carburetor..

The real answer is TUNING! You need to change the PCM idle setting cause you have a throttle by wire system.
