Thank you for the click and for checking out our May monthly specials list. I do apologize for not being as involved and attentive to the forums in April as I normally am. In March we had our highest selling month on record ever, after several months previously of doing the same. Thank you for your help in us achieving our success. I felt as if we had more business coming in than we could handle with the customer service we would like to provide our customers and friends with so I thought it was time to fix the growing pains once again. I hired an additional salesperson, Justin McNeill, and added another person to the shipping staff, Shawn Eichelberger. After a few weeks of working on things I do believe it is under control once again. It is time for me to get back to the forums on a regular basis.

I also added the site, www.gmpartshouse.ca. This is basically just a Canadian introduction to our site. Many people think it is based in Canada or we can ship from Canada, etc. We cannot setup shop in Canada as that would be illegal and violating the General Motors Franchise agreement. The Canadian introductory sales pages take you to our U.S. based storefront to checkout. We do ship from the U.S. If this is not enough for you Canadians I do apologize, but I can’t really do any more than that without getting into legal trouble with the General.

At GM Parts House we set realistic expectations and like to keep you informed every step of the way. Unlike some other businesses, our business is based on internet business and phone calls and we are dedicated to you.
