Anyone else have issues when ordering from 99blancoss / CCPerformance??

Anyone else have issues when ordering from 99blancoss / CCPerformance??
Heard good things about them on this site soo i order a set of msd wires and ngk plugs..
Order them monday around noon its now ALMOST a week with NOTHING! Called them on thursday to get a tracking number and he said he'd call back.. got no call back.. called all day friday and even tryed on saturday with nothing...
Keep in mind Portland is about 12 hours away from me
I could of walked there by now and picked them up! Anyone else have this issue?? Trying to decided if i should wait around longer or file a claim with my card already.. shipping should of took two days at the most.. not a week

Your wires will be there today. We developed phone trouble last week, I think its fixed now. Your order came in on 8/20.. its only 8/27 today and they should be delivered sometime today.

I asked you guys before I placed my order if they were in stock.. your only 12 hours away it shouldnt take a week to get here..

Sorry but you were not the only customer we had last week. Yes the wires were in stock and we did the best we could at the time. Sorry if one week wasn't good enough delivery time. Your distance from us doesn't matter, its the order in which the work comes in.
