will h/c and custom program pass tx emission???

ooc5coupe..I just did my inspection under the new inspection rules and passed with flying colors! :cheers: I have an MTI T1 cam and stock heads with some other extras (see my sig). I would think that you would be just fine with new heads also. Good luck! :)

Yup..Had the LS1 Edit dyno tuning done after my cam install. No problems at all.
