Default C5 won't start

k, i posted another thread, seems the title was a little misleading, so i just post it again. My C5 wouldn't start this morning. I plugged in the key, and turned it to start. The lights went off for split second, and i could hear a very faint sound from the engine, that's it. no spark, no start. It shows on DIC "break before shift." only check engine light and gauge light were on. I pull the code. There were U1160 and C0584. C0584 i have seen for awhile now, it's the first time i see the U1160. I clear the history, only C0584 came back on again when i try to start the car again. I tried a couple dozen times, no luck, still the same thing. I checked the key cylinder pellet and my key. they are clean. I drove my car for about 70 miles with about 85 mile/hr. I drove recently in snow once, but everything was fine after.
I did some research, seems it can be BCM failure, fuel injection problem. I dunno what else it can be, and how much it's gonna coast me to fix it. I don't want the dealer kidnap my car and, i don't have enough ransom to get her back. especially she is not running.
thank you guys.

Charge the battery and check the connections at the starter.

Also might wanna check to see if the Anti-theft system is working properly...sounds like it might not be recognizing your key in the ignition or something

Charge the battery.. Clear the DTCs ... Reinsert the ignition key and see if you hear the column lock motor unlock the column.

What is your security light on the IPC doing when the key is in the ignition??

So as the video show, the security light is off when the key is in the ignition. And there is no lock column sound. So what do you think the problem is? I have sent you private msg this morning. Thank you for replying.

Just an update, I brought it to a small shop, they disconnected the battery and tightened everything, car runs fine for a week, today can't get it start again. Then I tried couple more time. It started. I pull the code.

I really think it might be the bcm/PCM problem. I think I need to bring it to the dealer.

It won't start again today. And I realized the TPMS sensors are not displaying numbers. Not X just blank...

Just putting a crazy idea out there, is it possible it's because of low oxygen in my garage? Coz it's underground, and very bad air flow. Both time it won't start happened iny garage. And it's fine outside.
