Who here has changed their in-tank fuel pump to a higher volume pump? 255lph? What did you use? Any modifications?
Anyone using a Walbro 340 in-tank?
Thanks!
P.S. I'd like to see independent solutions other than ARE, Racetronix, etc...

Hey Mello,
I talked to Nick and he told me he can upgrade the stock fuel pump. How much does a new Walbro cost?
OOPS I just read the last line in your thread. :smash:

Mike sent mine to LPE to be upgraded. Mainstream, I suppose, but seems like a good choice.

Re: Plz Sign-In, Anyone with In-Tank Fuel Pump Upgrades.. Walbro?? (tscales)
Thx Guys. Anyone do one independently yet??
I'll pass on ARE. Maybe LPE, but I think LPE does voltage boosting on the stock fuel pump, which isn't my favorite solution. Aside from the marketing hype, I firmly believe voltage boosting shortens the life and reliability of a pump. I don't trust the stock GM pump that far either.
I'd really like to see a Walbro 340 style solution. I may just do mine myself.
Anyone?

in-tank or auxillary?
Where did you get it?
Use anything special for the C5?
Wiring? Tips?
Who installed?
Which EXACT model W340? Price? P/N?
I should be doing mine at Angel's soon.
I'm going back and forth. I might buy the unlimited version and start programming PCM's with live O2/Timing data, or on Dyno or standard burns. Can't trust anyone else to program, so I may start doing it myself.
Lemme know when you are interested. Dragging my feet right now.
