Draining my radiator fluid. Tried to be gentle, but apparently I am Macho Man Randy Savage. Radiator drain plug flew out.
I was able to get it back in. Turned it and it screwed back into place. No leaks.
From what I'd read, if it comes out it's automatically broken yet I don't have any leaks. Any ideas?

Probably not broken. I recently pulled the rad to do some repairs on the engine and looked closely at the plug. I've messed with several before doing work on the engine but never really took the time to see how it seals. Mine pulled out pretty easily and I noticed it was easy to get passed the detent. It's O-ring sealed so, once it's pushed into the matching bore and locked, it'll seal. If you over-torque it CW though, it'll break.
