AARGH, help brakes now squeaking with Eradispeeds and Hawk pads
I installed the Eradispeed rotors and Hawk pads. Everything went fine and did the break in process as outlined with the pads.
Everything was fine. I washed the car on Monday and the brakes have started squeaking and squealing pretty bad. I am very frustrated.
Anyone have any suggestions???!!! I must get rid of the brake squeal, I can hear it from 20mph to 0.

Re-season the rotors and re-bed the pads and that should take care of the problem. Sometimes, one seasoning and bedding procedure is not enough to get the pads and rotors broken in together.

My Hawk pads always squealed. I am really happy with the pad compound on the 01 Z, much better than the coupe IMO. The 02 Z pads dust like a **** though.......

Mine are dust and squeak free. I wonder why others have these problems. I love this set up Shawn @ LAPD put together for me.

Patches gave you the correct link.
Baer also includes a sheet with both procedures with every set of Eradispeed rotors outlining rotor seasoning and brake pad bedding.

I tried every trick in the book to get my Hawk pads to stop squeeling. Finally changed them out after 5 k miles. Went with the GM ceramic - absolute quiet and NO dust.
