Regular Valve stem on OEM '99 Wheels?

Regular Valve stem on OEM '99 Wheels?
Friday 6/21 I am going to have Hoosier A3S03 Auto-X tires mounted on my old '99 OEM wheels. Since I removed my air pressure sensors and mounted them on my '00 wheels the '99 wheels don't have a valve stem. Does anyone know if the local discount tire can use a rubber valve stem or do I need to purchase a valve stem kit. Any info will be a great help since time is of the essence here. Thanks :cheers:
