Default Oil pressure sensor/Intercooler

My gauge is showing 80 PSI and my information panel shows 130 lbs. so I went down to the parts store and got a new sensor.
I have a Magnusson supercharger and intercooler. I pulled out my service manual and found the location of the sensor then went o install it. Surprise....It appears that the intercooler covers the location where the sensor should be and I suspect they plugged that port and I have no oil pressure sensor which explains the readings I'm getting.
Any ideas????
