Default Would you buy a pressure plate with this kind of damage?

My stock clutch is going out at 80k miles, Theres a shop in my town that is selling a "new in box" LUK 04905 for 100$... the parts are all there but I can see some obvious scratches and a few dings on the pressure plate. This car is only for street use and maybe gets 1000 miles a season. This seems like a good deal but I dont want to put this in only to develop hotspots or vibration issues. Would any of you buy a plate in this condition? The flywheel also looks to have some dings on the outside edge, not on the gears but does that matter? Thanks so much

I guess if you could smooth down any high spots, I would take a chance on it for as little as you drive.
