Who's running them, and what brand did you buy? Any increases in HP or Torque? Planning on doing TTS headers, and thought of throwing on some high flow cats as well.....

thanks for any tips...

P.S. Whats a good price and who's got'em?

Since you're planning on doing headers, why not buy the FLP headers which come with a set of high flow cats and race pipes?

Random Technology has the best nbrs. I really don't think you pick up anything, even on a jhc car.

I agree that Random Technology makes the highest flowing aftermarket cats. But I compared the flow rate of the Random Technology replacement with my Camaro's stock high flow cat, and there was no difference.

At the recommendation of Mellow Y ellow on this forum i went with C&D 2.5 SL high flow cats ( i think that's the name may be a bit off on name and someone here can probably chime in). Unless you have a stroker don't expet and rwhp gains but with tuning you will probably pick up between 10to20rwtq.

Did the C&L install easy enough with the TPIS headers? I assume you had to weld them, right?

I recall they went on fairly easily when installed by my mechanics and i do believe they had to welded on.
