Default Coolant Leak: Overflow tank crack?

I've been chasing a coolant leak for a while now - I just changed the oil and spent some serious time looking for the source.

Is this a crack in the overflow tank???

If that is the hose at top going back towards the passenger compartment, the plastic has probably cracked. Mine totally broke off. Inside there is a metal tube. I was able to JB Weld the outer plastic tube back to the tank. I had originally tried a plastic welder but it did not last. So far the JB Weld has held up.

If it's questionable then just get a new tank and replace it.
