I had saved that link. I tried it and it is no longer found.

The link I had was
http://www.cajundude.com/engineswap.htm
but it no longer works.

I wish I had saved more info from it, but I hope someone will have a new link to it.

I also had a link saved for a C6 which should be similar.

Guys I need a little help.
For some reason, my engine will not free up from the bell housing. Cradle is out, for sure all the bell housing bolts are out (for sure). inspection cover is off and I removed the bolts (6 I think) from inside. I did not removed the 1 Allen head bolt on the spline, just removed to 6 bolts. Am I missing something there?
I cant even pry the motor from the bell housing with a tire tool. It is still very firm

forgot to mention the car is at A4. I've tried tapping prying, and about everything I know. It seems like it still bolted together. But I have confirmed all the bolts are removed.

You MUST remove the allen bolt from the clamp that secures the flex plate from the torque tube shaft!!!!!

A4 Thats kind of what I was thinking but you said inspection cover. MN6 bell housing have an inspection cover. A4s have an access plate
