Default Driver's side window/lock/mirror control out... again

Hey Gang!

The module is out again and does not light up. This has happened before and it fixed itself the next time I closed the door. It happened again a month ago... removed boot that houses wiring, unplugged the connector, cursed at it, plugged it back in and good to go.

Problem is back. Time to fix this. Any advice? Is there an easy way to check the car side of the connection? Is there a way to tell if a certain clip/connect is bad?

Can I hotwire it so I can roll my window back up?

Any and all help appreciated. This is first on the list of a few.

I assume you meant the connector in the A-pillar. Did you look to see if a female terminal was bent? That is the common issue there and is fixed by just bending it back into place.

Mr. Sam
Thanks for the link.

Mine looks a little worse for wear. Please take a look...

Please see red arrow... how to adjust to eliminate the uneven gap? Pushing on the backside?

Going to clean it all with q-tips and a little alcohol barring any other awesome advice. Thanks gang!

Yes, just adjust with a small jewelers screwdriver or pick.

If you need to remove any and crimp on new ones I can provide the Delphi part number.

Double check the male one also but normally they are OK.
