Default Adapter tool for replacing the inner tie rods front and rear

Searched but finding some conflicting info. Does anyone know the size of the adapter for the front and rear inner tie rods/toe links? Or a source for the tool kit, vendor and part number? These are the slip over adapters that then mate to an extension so you can use your rachet or breaker bar to unscrew and remove the inner tie rod/toe link.
Thanks.

I placed an adjustable on and measured the flats. I am assuming it is a metric size and best I can measure seems to be approximately 36mm.

I only did the fronts but I imagine it would work for the rear. There are several sizes in that kit.
