waterless car wash products
has anyone used any of the waterless car cleaning products, such as mothers waterless wash and wax? what I'm worried about is if they scratch the finish when applied to a dirty car?

If your car has physical dirt/mud on it i would just wash those areas to be safe. But if the conditions are just dust like I deal with here in Vegas I'd just take some detailing wax and a microfiber towel and wipe the car down. It doesn't cause any issues and literally takes 3-5 minutes to do the entire car.

I have used Chadwicks triple play (a waterless product) on both my Corvettes. A 1984 Black and a 2001 White car. I do wash with water if have a significant mud or other buildup on the finish.
If just dust, I just use the Chadwicks with the microfiber cloths and have not noticed any scratching on either car.
Good luck with your vehicle

I use optimum its a concentrate, 1/2 oz makes 24 oz of waterless car wash got it on auto geek. I use it on my 98 vert and its black. I think it was like 12 bucks or so, very inexpensive.

I sometimes use a group of products called Dry Wash 'n Guard. I don't let my vehicles get too dirty most of the time, so I just spray it on and wipe it off. It is very good stuff and it leaves a brilliant shine and slick finish.

Just did two cars with Chadwicks. It is easy and looks great!
