You will have to take apart the entire dashboard to access the areas you mentioned. It really not that difficult but it is time consuming, especially if this is your first time at it. Here is the final result.

That covers the heater /AC box and some of the duct work.

Here is a write-up form the Service Manual on removing the blower motor

Blower Motor Replacement
Removal Procedure

1. Remove the I/P lower insulator panel - RH. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Right in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
Caution
Unplug the blower motor before removal. Blower motor case contact with any ground may start the fan and cause personal injury.
2. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector.

3. Disconnect the blower motor cooling tube from the HVAC module.
4. Remove the blower motor retaining screws.
5. Remove the blower motor from the HVAC module.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the blower motor to the HVAC module.
Notice
Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

2. Install the blower motor retaining screws. Tighten the screws to 1.7 N•m (15 lb in).
3. Connect the blower motor cooling tube to the HVAC module.
4. Connect the blower motor electrical connector.
5. Install the I/P lower insulator panel - RH. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Right in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.

Friend had the same problem. Drop the passenger side close out cover. The fan is mounted directly above the cover. Remove the screws and the fan. You will like find the nest in the fan, many have. In his car, there were babies and they all died when he turned on the fan. Smelled pretty bad. You need to put a screen on the intake side to prevent them from getting in again.

Are there instructions on how to take the Dashboard apart?

I removed the cowl screen, used a hook made from a hanger and also inserted my shop vac hose. When I thought I got most of it, I flushed with water and bleach and "milked" the passenger side drain hose. It "burped" the rest of the nest.

If they managed to get into the blower, it is located on the passengers side.

Maybe you got lucky and the nest is in the intake cowl, like mine was. The motor is located behind the panel on the passengers side.

You don't need to remove the dash. They set up nesting in the fan and ductwork.

I got the bolt out of the windshield wiper, now how do I get the wiper off. Is there another step, or can I just pull it off?

Lubricate with WD40, let it soak for 15-30 minutes and then gently wiggle them and pull upwards. They will come off.

PS- If yours is corroded, use a rust catalyst. You also need to 'milk" the rubber drain hoses, otherwise they will have nest residue in them. I found that after the bleach/water treatment, Simple Green worked best. Lastly, clean your carpets and mats, probably have urine. I pressure washed the mats and used pet stain/odor remover on the carpet. So far, so good.
