I DID IT!!! LS3 intake on an LS1

I find your experiment interesting, but somewhat puzzling. If you're going to use power adders, the intake manifold/TB is not an area of great impact. You seem to want to use a LSA blower without considering the alternatives, which leads me to believe you already have one, or access to one that's cheaper than the alternatives. When I decided to add a SC, I downgraded some of my mods to help pay for the A&A kit. I sold my Meziere EWP, my %25 UD Powerbond, my ported FAST 90 to help pay for the SC kit. I went back to a stock LS6 intake which I assumed was a minor factor in achieving my power goals. Your work, and documentation is appreciated, regardless.

Ok guys so i never put the car on the Dyno to see what it did on the 200 shot but what i can tell you is that i raced a factory C7ZO6 and put a hurt on him. he made 565rwhp on my Dyno.
The Vette is now equipped with a 2 stage 300 shot. Ill post pictures this weekend and let you know the results. I also installed the Vararam intake for the C6. I was extremely dissapointed with the install as well as fitment and how bad the seal is at the filter. So i designed a clamp to buckle the filter down the middle as well as the sides and made my own seal. it should perform extremely well now that there wont be any leaks at the filter.

I have heard so many comments about the poor fit that it has made me slow to buy one.
Thanks

Brand new latest one. Its still needed work. The quality of the plastic needs to be changed. Its what is causing the intake to flex and not seal properly when filter is clamped.

You can.. There is an adapter harness you can buy.
Interested to see what it really makes na. I was going to do the ls3 intake, but decided against it and just installed a 102. Didn't feel like toying with the possible airflow/velocity issues from the adapters and ports.
For that cam though, I feel like 400 wheel at 5800 is still low for where that would be with an ls6 intake. I'm wondering if you are running into a velocity issue at this point. For now though it seems you're just masking it with the dope.

except the ls3 heads won't work on an ls1 bore
