Default c5 corvette is broken

I have an 03 corvette with 120+ miles on it yes I've driven it a lot its my daily and recently its been starting like it has a starter issue with the click click click click before starting.. so I was thinking ok this weekend ill get that replaced.. but today I started my car and when it started it was idling high maybe 1400 rims then dropped down to under 1000.. I tapped my gas pedal ..nothing.. pushed it harder .. nope i guess my pedal isn't working either lol so I put it on drive and let off the brake and it wanted to stall so I turned it off.. looking at the ls I noticed right by the manifold the pcv is wearing and has come cracks idk if these are related.. by the by my car is showing codes p1516 p1517 p1518.. and I've been looking up online and I can't get a solid answer.. I know its kinda long but was tying to put as much info out there. thanks

Do the codes have either a C or H after it?
H = History ( code has come up in the past )
C = Current or active

Based on those codes I would be checking the wiring at the TAC motor on the TB as well as pulling the battery and the shelf it sits on (3 bolts) and examining the frame and wiring to the PCM and TAC module (bolted to the side of the PCM) for acid damage from a leaking battery. Leak might be current or from any time in the past. Side terminal batteries and non gel batteries in particular have a way of dumping acid and on the C5 there are critical electrical/electronic components directly below the battery.
thanks man ill check that out right now see whats going on in there.. you think that crack on the pcv next to the mani has something to do with also??
