Default Spark plugs platium's to irridium's

My 03 Vert has the acdelco 41-974 platinum plug's with a .060 gap and I want to replace them with the NGK Irridium TR5IX Plug's but i'm confused as to what gap to use keep them at .040 as that's what the NGK are or gap them at .060.

Any info would be greatly appreciated thanks

Rick

Normally don't change the gap on iridium plugs.
