Default Drive train rattle
I haven't been able to find a video or a thread with something familiar like this. Ive had a new McLeod RST clutch installed 2 weeks ago and have about 800 miles on it already. It should be broken in but my drive train still sounds like this.

When I push the clutch in it stops rattling. Some forums have said that it's the clutch but I can't pinpoint it.

I have the rst clutch and it does rattle at idle . I did notice that if I let the clutch out slowly in neutral it has little to no rattle at idle.

I've tried that, sometimes it works and others it does not. This just seems a little excessive

I believe it's the floater plate . I guess it's normal. You should hear a dodge cummins with a dual disc clutch . LOL

My Monster has a little rattle to it as well. Goes away when clutch pedal is pressed.

I have the same clutch and that is not normal. I have rattle in neural but that is normal with duel disk. When you push the clutch in the clutch is disengaged from the flywheel and stops moving. Mcleod are a hit or miss as far as working properly.
