Hi all, I’m a new owner of a 2003 anniversary model, my only problem is the CD stack won’t release, looking for any help.

This also looks like a possible fix. Remove the outer case. (6 screws) On the bottom of the unit there is a white plastic lever. Move it with your finger and it will release the cartridge.
