Default P0327 and P0332 around 2k rpm

I just finished, last week, installing prc as cast 225 heads, 62cc, and a cam motion titan 4. I replaced both knock sensors, the harness and upgraded to a 04 ls6 valley. I have probably 500 miles on it so far. I pulled the intake, inspected amd retorqued the sensors. The harness was undamaged and ohm readings showed no resistance in the harness when checked end to end.

I really only get the codes on light throttle around 2000 rpm. If I blow past 2000 with half to full pedal there are no codes. They also don't come up at idle. When using hp tuners scanner I can watch it pull timing around 2000 during the light pedal condition. They also pull timing at wot.

I am currently getting it tuned by e-mail by a famous tuner out of Victoria, Texas. I live in Korea, locally they want 2k to tune it. Ppffft.

I also rechecked my pushrod length and rocker arms to ensure they were torqued and not loose. Additionally 2 days ago the codes didn't come on all day. Maybe my new valvetrain is too noisy?

How did you retighten the sensors? They are very sensitive to torque value. Retightening actually requires loosening and then tightening again with a torque wrench. Also, I would use an inch-lb wrench and not a foot-lb wrench for this case. Using a torque wrench close to either end of its torque range can provide inaccurate results. So instead of 15 lb-ft it would be 180 in-lb.

I removed them and I actually did use an in lbs tq wrench set to 180. I used a calibrated one from work. I'm an aircraft mechanic.

I used new morel 6504 lifters and the straub bushings. I don't know if that helps

I found the problem. The sensors work fine. However the #2 intake lifter does not. It kicked sideways and back at some point. The sensors were picking up the lifter eating the cam.

Ouch. Did the lifter tray fail? Do you know how it turned?

When I pulled it out it was facing rhe correct direction. But looking at it there are spots on the sides of the roller that were "smashed". The lifter tray was fine, not egged or loose on the lifter. Even though I triple checked on install, I had to of spun it in the bore somehow.

Yeah. There are only 3 people here who are familiar with hp tuners. I have hp tuners pro, however, I have no idea what I'm doing. Mechanical work is no problem.
