Default single SPAL fan not kicking on

I installed a single SPAL to make room for the Procharger I've just installed. I wired it to the passengers fan harness, and the temps are passing 230 and the fan isn't on. I've read there's a few fuses/relays I should remove and haven't done that yet. Is it necessary to remove them for operation? I've also popped in a 160 Stat, and understand when it gets tuned the fan temps will need to be adjusted. Any direction is appreciated.

Default

The easiest way to do a single fan is connect it to the stock passenger fan power wire and the stock drivers fan ground wire. The PCM low speed output then controls it.

Otherwise, jumper the drivers side fan wires together and then either the PCM low or high speed fan will control it.
