Default I think my C5 is haunted

Codes: P1631 C1287 C1296 B2721 B2723

Where do I begin?

Issue #1: When I make a right turn over 5mph, the Service Active Handling message comes on until the next ignition cycle. This happens even when I have the active handling off. Active Handling will also activate at random when I'm on the highway (smooth road, no bumps, no puddles, no ice)

Issue #2: at least once a day, my C5 refuses to start. There is a clicking from the passenger floorboard, but the vehicle doesn't try to start. After 15-20 more tries it fires up perfectly. At first, I thought it was a bad ignition cylinder so I replaced the ignition and programmed the new key, but the issue persists. The keys are all clean and not worn down. The next logical conclusion would be the starter solenoid, but I noticed that when the car won't start, the fuel door release button also wont work. This leads me to believe the cause lies elsewhere. This also sometimes leads to a Service Vehicle Soon message, putting the car in "limp home" mode. All of this goes away on the next ignition cycle. I also tried cleaning all of the electrical grounds, but it still happens. I checked the PCM and there are no signs of water intrusion. I'm at a loss. Can someone help me?

I think your steering positionsensor may needs needs to be replaced (C1287).

DTC P1631
Theft Deterrent Start Enable Signal Not Correct
DTC C1287 or C1288
Steering Position Sensor Circuit
DTC B2721
PASS-Key Detection Circuit
DTC B2723
PASS-Key Detection Circuit

Code 2721 info

C1296 is related to your brake pressure pressure sensor used by the EBCM , code indicate sensor out of range
(Shall be within 0.14 volt - 4.9 volt range)
