Default Bat Wing question

Are the OEM oil pans on the 2003 LS6, and 2004 LS1 engines "Bat Wing" oil pans?

Yes. They are called batwing because they are very shallow but have "wings" on each side. And in those years would be a 2 piece oil pan (upper and lower).

Thanks. All this time I thought people were referring to some optional pan.
