Default Right turn signal pulsing fast

My right turn signal is pulsing fast. No bulbs seem to be out. Left turn signal works normally. What could be the problem?

Are you sure one of the taillights isn't out? There are three bulbs per side connected to the circuit: the front bulb and the two rear bulbs.

Pulsing fast in one direction is a sure sign that you have a burned out bulb in that side's circuit.

I know, but I have all three bulbs flashing! The four way flashers work okay, with all bulbs working.

I had the same problem, but it was a loose right turn signal connection, I just reinstalled it and made sure it there was no corrison on the connectors. Works fine now.
