Default Windshield Washer Tank Leak at Pump Connection?

I got the Windshield Washer Low message on the DIC last week.I refilled the tank with distilled water and overnight it was all over the floor. At first I though the tank might have a small crack underneath since that is where it was dripping from, so I pulled everything out today to check.

I saw no cracks in the tank, so I cleaned everything, reassembled and refilled. Water started leaking again. From what I can tell, it is leaking where washer pump plugs into the tank? It just has a hard plastic nipple on the switch that plunges into a rubber gasket on the bottom of the tank.

What is the fix? Replace the gasket? The pump and gasket? Or use some type of sealant?

I don't see a part number for the rubber grommet/gasket?

You can get a replacement pump with the seal included for $16 at Autozone, seal only is harder to find.

Turns out that I had a small hairline crack in the tank adjacent to the pump. I used some Plastic Epoxy to seal it for now.
