The part number lists as being for a FE4 equipped car which I believe is a C6 with the Z51 sway bars. The Z51 rear sway is 25.4mm vs 28.8mm for the Z06 bar, so this would make sense based on the dimensions you are seeing.
I believe you want 22784720 which is the bushing for the FE5 performance suspension package, which I believe is the suspension package on the C6 Z06 cars.
The C6 Z51 and C6 Z06 front bars are the same diameter so all the bushings you got were likely picked for the FE4 or Z51 suspension and it was just luck that the front bushing still fit the Z06 bar.

- FE1 = soft ride
- FE3 = sport / Z51
- FE4 = special handling / Z06
- FE5 = performance package / ZR1
FE5 doesn't come up in the parts catalog until 2009 and I used a 2007 as my example vehicle for all part number selections.
You are correct that the front sway and bushings are applicable to both Z51 and Z06, the part numbers between the two models match when I do a cross check against upgrade packages.
The rear still doesn't make sense though. The FE4 sway bar that arrived was 28mm which is correct for the C6 Z06. But the parts catalog that GM Parts Direct is using shows the matching FE4 bushing as 26mm.
I'm wondering if this isn't just an issue with the catalog and/or the parts supplier... I'm going to check with a couple of the local parts houses today and see what they can find.
In the end my best option may just be to special order 27mm prothane bushings and call it a day. I'm still amazed that I would have to do that for what should be a readily available properly fitting OE bushing.

You are probably right about the 5 designations. The ZR1 rear bar is again bigger than the Z06 rear bar at around 31mm I believe. So, the ZR1 bushing would likely be too big.
From what I understand, the factory put 4 different rear bar diameters on the C6 over the years, but I could only find 3 different bushing numbers.

15262795 rear stabilizer shaft bushing 26.0 mm, ID and is listed for the following vehicles with the following option codes:
2011-2013 convertible with option code FE3.
2010 with option code FE3.
2006-2010 with option code FE4.
2011-2013 coupe with option code FE3 without F55.
2011-2013 with option code FE3 without F55.
2011-2013 coupe with option code MYC, with FE3 with F55.
I've got the local parts house on the hunt and am asking GM Parts direct to check the ID of part
- 22784720 which I think is for FE5 / ZR1 but can't hurt to double check
- 22784721 which is listed as an option for later generation FE4 suspensions and might be the one I need

OK I figured it out, as suspected the GM parts catalog is incorrect.
The front sway bar and bushings are the same between Z51 and Z06
- C6 Front sway bar - 25919502
- C6 Front sway bar bushings - 10387838
For the rear the correct part numbers are
- C6 Z51 sway bar - 10339124
- C6 Z51 sway bar bushings - 15262795
- C6 Z06 sway bar - 20777536
- C6 Z06 sway bar bushings - 22784721

Sorry about bringing this back, but did you go with the 22784721 rear bushings for your C6 Z06 sway bars mounted on a C5? I have the C6 Z06 sway bars and my current bushings are toast so I need new bushings.
Thanks

We did the part number combinations I mentioned above, confirmed they fit correctly with the Z51 combo on my C5 Z06 and the Z06 combo fits correctly on my buddies C5 Z06.

I would not run the C6Z rear bar on a C5Z with stock size tires. The rear bars are larger to take out under steer due to the larger rear tires which can mean over steer on a C5Z.
