Default Looking for part #10312535

Any help would be appreciated. TPMS has quit working, key fob only works when I hold fob over drivers rear fender. I’m assuming the receiver is dying and I need to buy a new one if possible. My car is a 2002 base model

I assume you already tested or replaced the battery in the fobs?
