Default c5 ac control help

my 2000 convertible has been in the local Chevrolet dealership for the last 30 days to fix the A/C. They replaced the compressor and one of the ac tubes. They cannot figure out how to make the passenger side of the dual zone system work. you turn the **** and nothing happens, no display change, nothing. HELP

Maybe you and the dealer should take a look at the owners manual together. It is not supposed to change the display and the temp change is not dramatic. Thirty days and they still have the car? Unbelievable......
