Default O2 Sensors With Check Engine Lights

Help needed diagnosing check engine lights that keep reappearing after changing O2 Sensors. The 2 codes that come out are P1153 bank 2 Sensor 1 and the other is P1133 bank 1 Sensor 1 . Late August installed OBX Long tube Headers and Vararam Cold Air Intake then took it to get tuned . After about 2 weeks the check engine lights began coming on. Replaced all 4 O2 sensors with AC Delcos still same issues. My 2002 Base model runs fine but the check engine light on is a little unnerving .I've read from other C5 owners that you can delete the O2 Sensors after the Resinator without any performance issues . Any one run into these issues ? Any help would be greatly appreciated !
