Default C5 Front Upper Control Arm Left/Right

Does anyone know how to identify the left or right front upper control arm? Or rather know if there is a difference? GM has two different part numbers but they visually appear to be the same.

Thanks!

Pictured is a Right 1st & Left 2nd arm, if you look at the nub circled it has a hole in it, these are not my pictures & I am at work so I cannot check my car, but based on what I see the drilled hole is towards the front of the car.

The arms are symmetric and can be used on either side. That hole is for the ride height sensor on F45 and F55 mag ride equipped cars. If you dont have those it doesnt matter.
