Oil circulation problems when cold starting C5 Z06 on an incline
I have a 2001 C5 Z06 with an Aviaid LS-A dry sump. For the past year, when I cold start the car on an incline (nose of car higher than rear), the engine sounds like it is full of marbles. I can stop the horrible noise by backing up and braking hard (to redistribute the oil) or by simply driving to level ground. The amount of oil in the car doesn't seem to have any impact on the problem. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not sure if it's a dry sump problem or an engine problem.
