Default VCM Question

Can somebody please answer a question for me? Every couple of times my 2002 coupe wont start and im getting a flickering noice in the VCM.I took it to a company that repairs them and they told me that the VCM was fine and nothing was wrong with it.Can anybody point me in the right direction to help me figure out was is causing this issue

You will need to explain the no start problem a little better than just a "flickering noise". I think you are referring to the BCM (body control module) and not VCM. Based on the flickering noise I would say bad\weak battery or poor connection.
