Rt power window will not operate when "down" or "up" position selected on left or right window switch. A "clicking sound can be heard in the right door when operating the left or right window switch on the respective door, but no movement of the right window occurs.

You need a new window regulator. They can be found for less than a 100 dollars (AC Delco will be about 160) and are not hard to install.
