Default C5 - 415hp - monster stage 2 VS LS7 clutch

need help on deciding on ls7 or monster stage 2 clutch. Car has 415rwhp with no future mods in future.

Car is mostly street driven but do make trips to the drag strip.

Any recommendations on best place to buy ls7 clutch?

since car will be apart any other items that should be replaced at this time?

One of those cost 3 times more and last's 1/3 the miles. But it shifts better at 6500+ RPM.

I went with a Monster Stage 2 years back, once in a while I have to break the tires free because it starts shuddering during normal driving and behaves normally after a couple of hard lunches. I would install a speed bleeder since you mentioned taking it to the drag strip.

the LS7 clutch is really heavy, there are more clutches out there... but between the 2 ..........My personnel feeling is the monster would be the better pick.

IMO, LT1S kit obsoletes the single-disc stage 2 kit. I'd go lightened flywheel.

Or just LS7 kit with lightened flywheel.

LS7 clutch is heavy, which makes it hard on the syncros and slows the car down. No thanks.
