What did you replace the oil pan with? And why?

Replaced with another stock oil pan and new gasket old one had a crack but car was never run with low oil

Weird... any chance the replacement pan is shallower? Grasping at straws here.

Just did full exhaust so I’m going back through tightening those hopefully nasty little leak

Different story, didn't know you had done other changes. Nothing as likely to make noise than the exhaust
