Driver side seat is wore out, but passenger is brand newish. Will leather and foam interchange between them? Car is a track car but still a daily driver, so don't want to put $600 in new leather/ foam for driver seat. YES/NO?

Pretty sure except for the cloth portion... it's inside on both seats.

I put passenger cover and cushion on my drivers power seat frame. Only different you will have to deal with is cutting the foam and cover to accept the electric seat switches and side plastic trim. Use old foam and cover as a pattern.

Awesome, There are so many passenger seats around that are like new, but not many driver's seats. Will give this a shot.
