I’m assuming this is KOEO...if so this is fine !!...with your accelerator pedal not depressed TPS 1 voltage will go from a low voltage (.67 in your case) to under 5 volts at WOT...TPS 2 will go from a high voltage (under 5 volts) to a low !!....depress the gas pedal and you can see for yourself !!
