Default LS1 tuning issue in C5

I'm a bit frustrated at what to do next.
HISTORY: 2002 C5 w LS1 is mostly stock. Have added or modified following: Pfadt tri-Y 1.7/8" headers and 3" X-pipe; Corsa Mufflers; BBK Model SSI 85mm alum manifold; BBK 80mm TB; Comp Cams 1.82 ratio roller rockers; and fed by Valeant ram style Cold-Air intake. All intended to work together for increased torque in mid-range (up to 5500). Sent ECU to East-Coast Supercharger for reflash. All was good on drag strip and autocross courses, BUT early after making the mods I started getting check engine light and getting 1133 and 1153 codes. They would come on after idle at stop light, or during slow go in parking lot. Those are for right-side O2 sensor 1 and left-side O2 sensor 1. Research on forum suggested an increase in idle speed might help. It did. Increased to 750 idle and 650 in gear. Problem went away for a long time (more than a year and 5000 miles).
PROBLEM: Now I am getting 1153 on a very consistent basis but it is not happening after or at idle. It has shifted to steady throttle at 1500 plus. You know, highway speeds. We have recorded a zero out voltage when this occurs. In the last 6 months, it has only occurred on left bank once while the right side has occurred more than a dozen times (almost every time I drive the car more than 25 miles). My next step is to start replacing O2 sensors, but having done that in the past when the problem first occurred leaves me concerned that it won't be a fix.
QUESTION: Do you have any suggestions as to how to address this problem?
Many thanks for your help. There aren't many resources where I live to seek out help.

I guess my first question would be whether or not you pinged Doug from ECS for feedback....He tuned it already and should be more knowledgeable on your car then most here....

It's from the length of the headers making the 02's take longer to warm up, you just need to shut those two codes off or lengthen the time before the computer considers the 02's warmed up to do it correctly.
