i was wondering what you guys think is the absolute best tire for traction on the street using stock size rims on a 02 z06...i have heard alot about the nitto drag radials and the bfg kd what are your opinions

I hook up alot quicker then friends with other street brands, and handling is stellar, they even let you know when your at the limit where other radials would have you in the grass or wall..

The G-Force KD's are awesome tires once you heat them up.... :yesnod:

Tread ware is decent as well.

I hate to sound naive, but what is wrong with the Goodyear Supercars supplied as standard equipment?

i was planning on mostly street and maybe a few 1/4 mile runs at the track after i have the cerra turbo installed im sure traction will be an issue

I think it was Car & Driver or MT (or one of those) that said the G-FORCE KD's were probably the best traction street tire next to a Drag. I just ish they would start producing wider than 295's for 18" wheels.
