2002 Convertible with 138K miles. Been a great car with no issues. I just picked up an '02 Z06 with 30K miles so going to sell the vert. Washer her all up to get ready to sell and suddenly the HVAC blower won't blow. Why do cars seem to always break right when you decide to sell them? I think they can read my mind.
Anyway, I checked the two HVAC fuses and they are both okay. I'm afraid the blower motor may have bit the dust? Any other suggestions? I haven't looked at the service manual yet to see how much of a pain it is going to be to replace it.
Mine has decided to become intermittent as well. My limited research thus far indicates cleaning grounds and the terminals on the ignition switch may help.

Replacing the blower motor isn't that difficult. It's a bit of a pain in the *** to work under there however. It should take about 15-20 minutes or so?
Brought it to a local HVAC shop that I deal with frequently. They just called. Blower motor is bad. $170 parts and labor. They'll have it done in a couple hours. Not worth me messing around with it.

The blower motor is right behind the glovebox, iirc you have to remove one soft panel, 3-4 screws, electrical connector and one tube. Probably $100ish for a ac Delco blower motor and maybe 1hr of shop time?
